Eagle View: Bayside Privacy with Floating Dock

I'll just state the really key features for us:1. Sunsets. You can see the sunset from the living room windows or the patio WITHOUT any houses in the way. Just your view out to the sun with no man-made structures.2. The dock. I kayak. It was SO nice to leave the kayak on the dock (out of the water for me) to just drop into it for a 30 minute to one hour kayak trip every day in the intertidal zone. Safe. Easy to get to land. But, the low tide is a low tide. About a four hour window where there is some mud at low tide, but you could push through it if necessary. 3. Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge. We hiked every day. There is a loop dirt road that we did a bicycle on every day and some of the trails into the refuge. Lots of pictures of wildlife and flowers in spring. Two really great sessions with owls.4. Enjoyed the space. Two bathrooms. Two bedrooms. Big refrigerator (house size, not hotel size). Heating works well. AC works well. Good summary on VRBO of what is there. 5. Easy in and out even after hours.6. No hurricane issues that I can see - everything is fine/repaired. Very good dock. Car parks under house which is nice. 7. Etc. etc. You get it...we had a good time.

My husband and I took this vacation because we needed some peace and quiet, and time to destress. That is exactly what we got with Eagle View! The location was perfect for us - close to shopping, restaurants and oceanside activities, but private enough to avoid traffic noises and bustling crowds. Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the owners were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and sightseeing activities. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Eagle View is an awesome location for kayaking/fishing, and we appreciate the dock repairs completed before our stay.

What an amazing stay. The house was so cute and the view was amazing. We saw beautiful sunsets over the gulf and they looked like fireworks they were so vivid! Highly recommend!
