Pelican Place: Kayak Launch & fire pit

Pelican Place was the perfect location! Within walking distance of everything. We parked our car and didn't get in until we left for home. The house was well appointed. The decor was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed! The property managers were responsive and easy to reach. We will definitely return!

We love Pelican Place! The McCormick Management team is very responsive and have an upbeat, fun attitude. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

Communication was excellent, had issues with VRBO which were remedied quickly. House was as listed, very comfortable, stocked and clean. Dolphins out back almost every morning 🐬 Had a request mid week and it was delivered same day. Definitely should have rented the bikes or golf cart. Get food on your way as Pyblix is 1.5 hrs away but there is a small grocery on the key. Much enjoyed our stay!

We LOVE Pelican Place. This was our second time staying there and have booked another week for this year. This beautiful home is stocked with everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the towels/washcloths were thick and absorbent. McCormick Realty is wonderful to work with. Very responsive to any questions we have and always so kind. Looking forward to our next stay in September.
