We really like the community and the house. There are couple of issues that need to be addressed. A bearing is going out in the fan of the AC unit in the master bedroom and the ceiling fan in the bedroom off of the kitchen needs to be tightened up it makes a wobbling noise on all settings. Otherwise we would stay here again we spent most of time on the front porch it was really nice.

We absolutely loved this house! So adorable and comfortable for our family of 4. The front porch swing is my favorite place for an afternoon wine or a morning coffee. So conveniently located to everything we need. Will definitely stay again!

We are working on the island elevating homes, the property was convenient to downtown and also to our job site. We actually elevated this home years ago.
