I ise their rental 3 times a year. Perfect accommodations, never disappoints!

Beautiful views with plenty of room for our family of four. Great location, close to everything. Some of the finishes in the home were more antiquated than expected, but were negligible in comparison to the ocean views from both balconies.

wonderful water view location and walkable to everything Cedar Key. Listing was both accurate and helpful especially given the absence of the town's former general store and where alternatives were available. The dolphins were a daily treat.

The location is amazing and the unit is pretty good but substantially outdated. We had issues with: 1) left over used toilet paper in the bedroom - disgusting, 2) The A/C unit in the bedroom is so noisy it disrupts sleep, 3) The dishwasher was malfunctioning, 4) The main closet in the bedroom was unusable because it had all the “owner’s” stuff in it, 5) The bedside table consisted of a piece of wood, as narrow as my phone, screwed to the wall with a clip-on lamp and lastly,6) The door in the “basement/laundry” leading out to the water, has a hole in it where a door knob should be. This poses a serious security risk as the interleaving door into the unit has no lock!As I said initially, the location is good, the town is quaint and entirely worth the visit. The conclusion is that we may have selected a different unit or location had we known what we were going into!
