The Condo itself was perfect for our needs. I would recommend updating the menu’s and local information. The communication although there was plenty of it was little help. The messaging is often auto replied and then an actual reply from the company which leaves you sitting waiting for a message. The pool key was not hanging as it was supposed to be which was a little inconvenient however the long drawn out process to get one that actually worked was highly frustrating and left us with only having access to the pool on 1 of the days we were there. Which was extremely disappointing because that was a required amenity for us. Then I was told the hot tub was out of order only to find out from the residents that that was no longer the case. While I would certainly recommend this condo in the future I would recommend working on the communication to make things a lot less frustrating. The condo itself was comfortable however I would also recommend adding pool towels as there were none in the condo.

Great views to see the sunset and very convenient location. The pool was nice and also the hot tub.
