McCormick management was extremely responsive and very patient with my constant text messages. :) Every time I ask a question I got a response in under five minutes.The property is stunning! Feels brand new!The beds were comfortable, and I really loved that they were plenty of towels in the bathroom. It had a fully stocked kitchen, which we made good use out of because the restaurant choices were sparse on a Sunday to Wednesday trip. Most were closed Monday and Tuesday. Our favorite part of the condo was sitting on the balcony, looking out at the marsh and wildlife. When that area got too hot or buggy we also enjoyed the spacious living room. We were a party of four (2 couples) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We rented a golf cart, which was very helpful to get around in Cedar Key so I highly recommend doing that. Also be aware there is no local store, but we were able to find most of the staples in some of the smaller stores. McCormick can give you a list of restaurants and shops where you can buy food.If you want a quiet, relaxing trip, this beautiful condo is the place to go.

Positive: The onsite manager Kim very patient and helpful. She got me in the condo the first time she tried to help me. I was actually at the wrong letter condo trying to make the key code work! She also helped me with a pool key. I did not see my assigned key on the refrigerator until after I bothered her again! The view from the balcony was GREAT! It was very peaceful. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! Negative: I wished I would have booked an extra day. I will be back to this condo!

Amazing views! Loved having access to the elevator! Pool, hot tub were well maintained. Very quiet restful retreat!

It was like I was staying in a brand new condo with upscale furnishings. Location to downtown and to the pier was great, a 4 minute walk. Highly recommend.
