This property is still stressed from the most recent hurricanes. It was adequate for us but not special. For the current rate, not bad. A special thanks to Rylee who went every extra mile in helping us deal with several issues we encountered.

Positive: I liked the location and the view Negative: It wasn't finished being renovated and the elevator was slow or didn't work and the room smelled kinda stale and better tv channel selection.

Great place for a couple Positive: Location was great. The deck and living space is perfect for a couple Negative: We could hear the people upstairs clearly when we were on the deck. They weren't loud or anything, so it was fine. The bathroom door needs replacement

Good Positive: Location and view Negative: Bed was super hard.

This unit has great potential but had we seen it before booking it online, we would have tried to find another location. Positive: The unit was very cozy and warm (we were there during a cold snap). Negative: I feel very critical in stating this knowing the area is still recovering from the hurricane from last year but our first impression of the outside of the building was disturbing. This needs to be stated in the advertising for this unit. Also, the elevator is still out of order so anyone renting here needs to see they need to be able to carry their suitcases up stairs. The entry way for the room needs strong attention to make it more presentable. Removing the mop and bucket would be a big improvement. Also, the sliding door and the entire condition of the window area was quite a mess. The door took 2 hands to get it to move and lifted out of the track not making very secure.
