Beach Comber #215

The condo was very spacious and clean. The price per night was suitable for the condo. Although under construction due to the Hurricane damage, and we respect that because we ourselves are going through that same process still at home, it was very quiet and clean. Plenty of parking. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The shower water pressure and temperature were perfect. Plenty of bath towels. No beach towels but not expected. The mattress was very firm but saw that in a prior review so we knew ahead of time. Just mentioning the firmness to confirm with the prior review. The room was very close to the elevator which was a plus. The unit directly above was very loud with continually moving objects throughout the day, evening, and very early morning hours. The argument that ensued one early morning was quite interesting with colorful language and shouting-hopefully they were renters and not fulltime residents so that problem resolves itself. Overall, we recommend this unit to future renters, and we will return for sure!

This property is still stressed from the most recent hurricanes. It was adequate for us but not special. For the current rate, not bad. A special thanks to Rylee who went every extra mile in helping us deal with several issues we encountered.

Positive: I liked the location and the view Negative: It wasn't finished being renovated and the elevator was slow or didn't work and the room smelled kinda stale and better tv channel selection.

Great place for a couple Positive: Location was great. The deck and living space is perfect for a couple Negative: We could hear the people upstairs clearly when we were on the deck. They weren't loud or anything, so it was fine. The bathroom door needs replacement
